How is ALEPH different?

ALEPH prides itself in being a clothing company dedicated to bringing high-end fabric quality to clothes that are not only affordable, but also inspire their wearers. Our philosophy is a diad: of culture and of quality. We cater towards those who want to feel comfortable, cultured, and styled while wearing streetwear or dress-up. We do this by emphasizing our quality by working with the top manufacturers, investing into R&D, and implementing our customers feedback into future products. We currently are in the process of conglomerating our production from a top manufacturer in China to another established one in Turkey to further focus on our quality. Our hope is to make this a community, where we can all have a say and at the very minimum, enjoy wearing comfortable and luxurious clothes!

How can I be a larger part of ALEPH?

We emphasize the community of ALEPH. Those who are part of the INSIDER CLUB are part of circle who not only enjoy benefits like early access and discounts, but they also become part of the loyal group of members who can actively make a change in ALEPH. These include members who 1) participate in active design feedback stations, in-person or through product reviews, 2) work with us to create better products through offering services like photography & media management, 3) sign up for the INSIDER CLUB and @ us whenever they 'wear ALEPH.'

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

For US customers, expect 3-7 days.

For international customers, expect 7-10 days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with you tracking code, you can either use our website to track your order, or copy-paste the code onto the shipping company's website.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my product?

Yes.

We accept returns for damaged items only. You will be refunded appropriately once we have received your product, either in-person or through mail.

Can I exchange my product?

No.

Currently, we are not offering exchanges on our products. Please refer to each product's description and relative sizing comparison given. You are more than welcome to reach out to us and ask for clarification on sizing for a specific product on instagram or by emailing us at contactus@wearaleph.com. You are also more than welcome to try on the hoodies at any pop-up events.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

For returns of damaged items, please contact us through our email, contactus@wearaleph.com. You may also DM us on instagram if it is more convenient.
