Returns are only accepted for items deemed faulty. If you receive a defective product, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Upon receipt and verification, we will process a refund.
- Purchases from limited drops are non-refundable.
- Must be in original condition and packaging.
Exchanges are only accepted for sizing reasons. If you receive a product that doesn't fit right, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at contactus@wearaleph.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please reach out at contactus@wearaleph.com.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping within the US has an expected delivery within 10 business days. International shipping typically ranges from 10 to 15 business days, subject to customs processing times.
